View of the 16th century castle
This large campsite has around 90 camping pitches, both with and without electricity. You can also choose one of the 11 hire accommodation. Here, you can camp in the grass and amid large ancient trees. You have views of the castle from various pitches. This makes you feel like you are in a completely different world.
Shower in a stable
In the outbuildings of this castle from 1560, you can enjoy a drink by the open fire in the pub, eat pizzas from a wood-fired oven in the restaurant and you can also get take-away meals. There is also a shop where you can get fresh bread, pastries and milk, among other things. You will find the rest of the amenities in the outbuildings. You even shower in the castle's old stables, for example.
Play a game of golf
You will enjoy yourself to the full at Hoddom Castle Caravan Park. Hit a ball on the golf course - with views of the castle - or have fun on the tennis court. Children can go out with the forest ranger. He teaches them all about working on the estate, such as checking bird houses, spotting wild deer and badgers and planting trees.
