"Campsite is located in the Peak District with many opportunities for hikers. There is a stream running along the campsite. There are several caves in the area of the campsite that can be visited. If you approach the campsite from the east side you will come across several narrow and steep stretches of road. Quite a challenge for a car with caravan or camper."

Situation is the heart of the Peak District National Park in the Hope Valley. Fabulous scenery in every direction. So much to do and visit from the famous Blue John caverns to the Chatsworth estate, walking, climbing and swimming in the local outdoor heated pool. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Great family site love our visits to Laneside

Best campsite for surroundings, views and walks. Has public transport links right outside the campsite. Staff are amazing and friendly and helpful. New toilet block is first class and deserves 5 stars.
