Holidays by the water and mountains everywhere you look. That's camping at Camping Tamaro Resort! You will find this campsite on Lake Maggiore in Switzerland. The campsite lies directly on the banks of this part of this impressive lake and has its own beach. The popular city of Locarno is nine kilometres away. You can take the boat there and back for free. Are you coming here to camp?

Sleeping under the stars

The grounds are neatly arranged and well maintained. There are pitches for campers, (igloo) tents and caravans. But maybe you prefer one of the modern bungalows. The pitches are spacious and shaded by trees. The Tamaro Night Sky accommodation is very atmospheric. This cube-shaped accommodation with glass ceiling is made to make the most of the starry sky. Romantic!

Yoga, Zumba and archery

There is enough to do at Camping Tamaro Resort to keep you entertained all day. Learn to juggle, let your children do crafts or go wild at the Kids Dance. For adults, there is also a lot to experience, such as yoga, Zumba, archery or SUPping. There is a playground for children and a sports field for adults. Workshops are also organized, such as making jewellery with gemstones.

Free swimming pool and beach

Would you like to take a dive in the pool or swim in the lake? You can do both! There is no other swimming pool at the campsite, but guests of Tamaro Resort can dive in the adjacent public pool for free in high season. The campsite does have its own sand and pebble beach on Lake Maggiore. In the summer, you will also find a small bar for a cool snack.

Wir waren im Juni schon das 6. Mal da.. und freuen uns immer wieder hier zu sein..die Bungalows sind super sauber das Personal ist freundlich und wir lieben die Ruhe
Der kleine Laden hat alles was man braucht.. logisch etwas teurer aber wenn man was vergessen hat OK.. Pizza übrigens mega.. wir kommen wieder!!!

8 Wunderschöne Tag und für den Herbst sehr Warm Schöne Plätze sie dürften etwas grösser sein
Essen sehr gut hat aber auch seinen Preis
Einkaufsladen und Brotbestellungen sind Super
Sanitäre Einrichtungen sind Gut
Wir hatte allerdings Probleme mit dem Warmen Wasser
Ich hoffe sie könnten das Problem lösen

Seit 20 Jahren jedes Jahr hier, mittlerweile nicht mehr emphlenswert.Extrem laut durch benachbarten Lido.Warmwasser ist Glückssache, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.dafür aber überteuert.
Weniger Leistung mal höhere Preise,nicht mehr mit uns

Sehr schöner und gemütlicher Platz, Stellplatz-Rasen in sehr gutem Zustand, Sanitäranlagen äusserst sauber.
Freundliches Personal, feines Restaurant und Gelateria, Shop mit zweckmässigem Angebot.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche auf diese, Platz, Personal sehr freundlich, Gastronomie hervorragend, Shop am Platz ausreichend bestückt, ( sehr freundliches Personal ), eine super Idee ist die Tessin-Cart, Wassertaxi frei, sonst günstige Eintrittspreise

Der Campingplatz Tamaro ist gut zu erreichen. Der Seezugang ist hervorragend und die Stellplätze waren auch mehrheitlich in Ordnung. Die Sanitäranlagen sind gut und sauber.

Für diesen Campingplatz gibt es gar nichts zu meckern. Man kann online reservieren, alle Plätze mit Wasser und Strohm. Alles sehr sauber.
Das Essen im Restaurant war echt super. Freundlichkeit wird auf diesem Platz gross geschrieben. Kurzum einfach suuuuuper.
