In the town of Höör, in the heart of the southern province of Skåne, you'll find the Jägersbo campsite on Lake Ringsjön. The campsite is spacious and the campsites are right on the water. The trees on the property create shade, without disrupting the view. The lake lures you out for a swim, to get out in a boat (canoes and row boats are rented at the reception) and to fish.

Tent, hut or cabin

The campsites are not separated from each other, but the minimum distance is 4 metres, so that privacy is guaranteed, even in the high season. This typical Scandinavian campsite has trekker huts, luxury holiday homes and also, naturally, a sauna.

At the reception there is a restaurant in the high season. There is a little shop open year-round for daily shops. The permanent pitches and the rental accommodations are located in a separate part of the campsite.

Variety

A large number of campsite guests are Swedish families who often stay for a longer period. Foreign guests are usually passing through. The campsite attracts many active guests (water sports enthusiasts, anglers, hikers and cyclists). The varied landscape attracts nature lovers with the nearby Söderåsen national park.

Dining and music

The restaurant is located in the reception building, but Jägersbo Nöjesrestaurang doesn't just offer dining. During the summer season, artists regularly perform to entertain the guests. The restaurant also provides freshly baked rolls every morning. Separate from the reception-restaurant building, central on the campsite there is a large toilet building with all of the facilities you can wish for.

Travelling party: Seniors

Prima camping aan een mooi meer gelegen waar het makkelijk zwemmen is met een lange steiger en trapje. Camping ziet er verzorgd uit en het sanitair is heel schoon en voldoende voorzieningen. Helaas zijn de plekken helemaal niet afgebakend zodat je soms onverwacht een buur vlakbij je krijgt te staan. Wij waren er half mei en het was niet druk, maar tegen het weekend hadden we achter ons 3 zeer luidruchtige stellen die met veel hard praten de nodige overlast gaven. Toen ik om 23.30 om wat stilte vroeg ging de muziek gelukkig wel zachter.
Camping ligt natuurlijk mooi aan het meer en is ook gunstig om vanaf hier de stad Malmö te bezoeken ( 45 min met de auto of met de trein in 35 min). Ook het vlakbij gelegen Boksjö klooster is een bezoek zeker waard. Je kunt goed fietsen in de omgeving.

Een compacte en vriendelijke camping. Ideaal voor een doorreis. De campingwinkel is erg compact, het is dan ook aan te raden om boodschappen mee te nemen.

Prima camping. Aan een leuk meertje, ten tijde van ons bezoek veel waterplanten en algen in het water. Maar kan ook door de harde wind komen, die wij hadden.
Water blijft lang ondiep, dat is voor de een wel fijn, voor de ander minder.
Op de camping geen restaurant, wel broodjes service s in de ochtend (lekkere broodjes) en een lekkere ijssalon (groot assortiment!)
Sanitair bij het water wat verouderd. Hoofdgebouw keurig sanitair en veel nieuwer.

Leuke camping maar absoluut te weinig sanitaire voorzieningen in de drukke zomerperiode. Ook weinig schoonmaak. Camping heeft een heerlijk meer, erg fijn voor kinderen met diploma.
