Valjevikens Camping, located between Valje and Sölvesborg in South Sweden, offers a wonderful camping experience in the Valje nature reserve. The area is known for its beautiful walking and cycling routes. Nature lovers can enjoy the vast forests north of Sölvesborg. Open campsite with spacious pitches – some with sea views
The site at Valjevikens Camping is spaciously appointed and has an open character. You have lovely views of the sea from some of the pitches. Besides spacious pitches, there are mobile homes, hiker's huts and caravans available for rent.
Private sandy beach and jetty by Valjeviken bay
This campsite is by Valjeviken bay, connected to Hanöbukten bay and the Baltic Sea, and is ideal for swimming without too many waves or a strong current. The site has its own sandy beach and swimming jetty. For more entertainment, there is a playground and miniature golf course.
Own restaurant and shop
In the same building housing the reception, you will find a restaurant with meat and fish dishes and a shop with a basic selection of groceries. For more eating and shopping options, the city centre of Sölvesborg is about three kilometres away.
Modern toilet and washing facilities
The campsite has a modern toilet block with regularly cleaned facilities, including three family bathrooms. A disabled bathroom is under construction.
Dance round the midsummer pole during the Midsummer celebrations
From late-May to early-September, Valjevikens Camping organises various activities, including dance evenings and themed parties. The Midsummer celebrations, with traditional folk dancing around the midsummer pole, are an exceptional experience for guests.
