Bravoplaya Camping-Resort is located on the Spanish Costa del Azahar, famous for its orange blossoms. South of Peñiscola and only 3 kilometres from the small beach Oropesa del Mar. Agricultural fields are typical for this area. The peaceful village is separated from the highway by mountainous hinterland. The region is sparsely populated in comparison with other coasts in the country. Therefore, it is also a great area for beautiful biking trips. There is a beautiful wooden cycling path going along the beach. A short bus or car ride south takes you to the beautiful city of Valencia.

Bronze, silver, or gold camping

The campsite is crossed by narrow or wider streets that take you to the three different types of camping pitches. The ‘Bronze’ pitches have a surface of up to 70 m2. On a silver pitch, you have somewhat more space, approximately 70-85 m2, and a golden pitch offers more than 85 m2.

Enjoy luxurious swimming pools

Swimming fans can choose where they go swimming. There are no fewer than three swimming pools across the terrain and they all have disabled access. On the edge of the campsite there is a Caribbean outside pool with fountains, Jacuzzis, and comfortable deckchairs. In the middle of the pool there is a bar with a small terrace that can be reached via a footbridge.

A little bit farther, there is the Torsal swimming pool, which consists of two pools, one with children’s entertainment. There is one more swimming pool that can be covered with a sliding roof during the winter months.

Travelling party: Couple

We stayed 5 nights in total. In winter, the facilities are closed: hence awarding 1 Star was the only way I can submit this review. The site is ideally situated just outside the town centre. The adjacent MarineMuseum/Aquarium was fascinating. We stayed longer than we expected owing to the wealth of things to do nearby. We congratulate the site owners for their friendly help: site fees are collected in person. Well done!

We intended to stay 2 nights but stayed 10. Don’t be put off by the massive flats as you can’t see them once on the pitch. Really clean toilets, lots hot water for showers. beach access great - we stayed beach side. Food ok only at restaurants. Easy access to town @ 2 mile walk, security excellent beach side gates locked at night. super helpful friendly staff, highly recommend

We intended staying for 2 nights but stayed 10. flat pitches, picked one on beach side, really quiet, great facilities really clean, hot water etc. 2 restaurants food ok. 2 mile walk into town, great cycle paths. Super friendly & helpful staff. Gave us a retired person rate on a large pitch as we tow a trailer, 9.4 m long large pitches not available on ASCI. Would definitely return low season. Apparently fully booked from Sept - April !

Magnifico camping junto a la playa el ambiente es muy tranquilo en la zona que da a la playa, en las piscinas mas niños... La piscina cubierta magnifica y el personal trato excelente, ( los fines de semana churreria en la entrada del camping y un supermercado en la puerta.
