We stayed here for three days. Road leading to site from reception needs a good hill start, noticed heavey outfits had some trouble with the hill.
Needed to use our mover to get van parked up as fairly small areas. Great location for visiting Cathedral, bus 1 euro just down the road. Restaurant on site excellent, also lovely shopping Mall 200 metres from the site. It's worth a visit on rest a day!.
Good value for a city site, showers, toilets dated but OK and hot water.
Enjoyed three days stay.

a fantastic campsite. Our van broke down and with help from staff. She was like our angel, so kind and helpful. Could not have done more to help. Such a fantastic asset to this campsite. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Stayed 2 nights. showers etc ok but dated. Bus to centre £1 or walk in.
No pool open or supermarket.. yet football pitch allowed to be used until 11:45 at night??! ridiculous, complained but they weren’t interested. screaming noisy kids from 4:30 until 11:45pm
on leaving they quickly pressed £ rather than € so we paid more I asked to pay in €’s they declined!
No response to my email so leaving this review.

Only 2km to centre of town. Big shopping centre next to site. Clean toilet facilities. Did not use any of other facilities

Does not accept ACSI. But easy to get into the city on the bus. We have a 8.2 metre van and it was hell to park up and get out of our spot, but smaller vans would be OK. The drive way was very steep but leads on to flat terraces for parking up which has trees in all the wrong places and makes it a struggle to park. And it just wasn\'t me. Won\'t go again.

Location is perfect for exploring Santiago de Compostela. Campsite is well laid out but pitches are small, unlikely to fit awning and despite lots of vacant pitches they seem to pack everyone in beside each other. Cannot comment on the restaurant facilities, laundry was not working. Reasonable facilities overall but over priced in comparison to other sites offering a lot better for less.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we visited this campsite. Some of the reviews we had read were a little negative, and we were nervous about going there. However, our pitch was a perfectly reasonable size, and provided a nice mixture of sunshine and shade. Some pitches looked slightly more cramped than ours, but we also saw some large corner sites. The central access roadway was quite steep, and I was glad that my motorhome has an automatic gearbox (I wouldn\'t like to drive a caravan up that slope), but the lanes of pitches to either side, and the pitches themselves, were level. The shower block was absolutely fine. We didn\'t use the bar or restaurant, but they looked pretty good. In late May/early June we paid a night, including electricity, which I thought wasn\'t too bad seeing as the site has a monopoly in the city. There was a large shopping centre with a giant Carrefour supermarket a few minutes walk away. We cycled into Santiago once, but the roads were very daunting and unfriendly for bikes, so we used the no. 4 bus afterwards. If we are ever that way again I would be very happy to use the site.

Confused… advertised on ACSI but the site says it does not accept ACSI and is not a member?

The site is very steep, with careful consideration of approach required. The site is under renovation so reception, bar and restaurant not available. My wife informed me the facilities will be great when complete. 5 minute walk to bus stop, 10 minutes max bus ride. Good, although water went cold very quickly. Staff were very pleasant and helpful but you had to ring a bell to “summon” them. Price in February seemed high but you are at a pilgrimage site. Sports, a basketball court. Child play area. No food and drink available onsite however large, very good and cheap supermarket with great choices 5 minutes walk away.
