Tamarit Beach Resort lies near the Catalan town of the same name on the Costa Dorada. There is lots to do for sporty holidaymakers, from stand-up paddle boarding and diving to Tai-Chi and water aerobics in the sea. The fitness room at Tamarit Beach Resort has recently been renovated for even more comfort. Children will enjoy themselves splendidly with the entertainment team, which organises shows and theme days such as a Superhero Day. Also very special: dining on the roof terrace of restaurant Brisa with a view of Tamarit castle. Recently, twenty luxury mobile homes have been added to the offer of accommodations. These are located in a green setting of trees, hedges, shrubs and flowers. They have a fun and modern interior.

The campsite is situated north of the city of Tarragona, directly on a sandy and pebble beach. It is a quiet area in green surroundings. The campsite has 24-hour security.

Own fridge or private sanitary facilities

At Tamarit Beach Resort you can book bungalows, cottages, lodge tents and camping pitches. The pathways and camping pitches are flanked by palm trees and are demarcated with hedges. Do you want a pitch with a sea view? You can rent premium pitches, which are located directly on the beach. On the second row from the beach are pitches with private sanitary facilities. When you have a pitch but like to keep your foodstuffs and drinks cool, you can rent a fridge.

New kids zone

Tamarit Beach Resort is a campsite for the entire family, but children take central place here. The campsite is frequented by many families with young children. They especially enjoy the renovated kids zone, more fun and safe. The weekends may get quite busy, because Spanish guests with permanent pitches will then flock to the campsite.

Would you like to learn more about nature? Then visit Hort de la Sinia, which is situated adjacent to Tamarit Beach Resort. Here children will discover everything about plants and farm animals.

This was our third visit and the up graded facilities made truly 5 star. The staff were brilliant and helped immediately when we found our pitch was a bit small, they found us a lovely alternative. The facilities are continually being cleaned throughout the day and we're immaculate. The service team were continually cleaning the site including the pitches and maintaining the beautiful grounds. The on site super market has absolutely everything we needed for two week stay and was open all day everyday. The onsite restaurants were superb and included a takeaway bar, a sushi restaurant and a main restaurant in which we had the nicest food in a long time.
There were no negatives during our stay and I would say this is the best campsite we have stayed on. Whether you are a beach person or a pool person I would throughly Tamarit beach resort to you.

Lovely site, beautifully maintained in a fabulous location.
We paid (a lot) for a private bathroom. Very disappointing- it was nowhere near our pitch, not cleaned and no toilet paper. Waste of money.

Stayed May 2024 to July 2024 6 Weeks and it was just wonderful. The staff could not be more helpful and the site was spotless and on the beach. The facilities were first class.

This is a first class resort with all the facilities to suit all touring groups, but book early to make sure you can get the right pitch for you.
We love the beach side restaurant and have already booked for a fourteen day stay in 2025

Stayed in Oct 23 and loved it. Came back in May 24 and couldn't wait to leave. Totally rammed on sites but biggest bug bear was big school groups staying over of young kids running amock. Supposedly on activity based break but uncontrolled, noisy making a huge mess in the toilets. Taken over pool bar restaurant for lunch etc. Spoilt the site for lots of us quiet retired people.

massive site popular with Germans. fantastic beach, lots to see and do. ACSI pitches are limited in number and small. if you upgrade for more money you get a bigger pitch, but little privacy unless you book the beachfront ones. restaurant by the pool was far better than the beachfront one. good shop snd ice cream parlour. dog agility area. lots of sports areas. booked 1 night but stayed for 6 but at a low cost per night. would stay again.
