Taïga Delta de l'Ebre is situated in the north of the Ebro delta. The site borders the boulevard, which features a lovely beach. It is only a 15-minute walk to the fishing village of Ampolla, with its beautiful harbour. You can get there even faster by bike. The bike is also a great way of getting to know the wonderful nature of this coastal area. Anyone looking for the Spain of times gone by can take beautiful trips inland to the historical places on the Ebro.

Liked - We spent 2 weeks here & we’re sorry to leave. It had everything you need & more. Reception staff were friendly. Pitch was big & level. Beautiful trees & song birds. Sea on one side, rice fields on the other. Amazing sunsets. Excellent facilities. Fabulous restaurant, food & cost ok! Pool was closed. Well stocked Shop. Lovely scenic walk to town 1.8 km. also has cycle track. Lots of lovely coves for swimming. Overall a great campsite
Disliked - We got a red alert warning for bad weather ( wind & severe flooding) on our phones. We had water on both sides of us so were worried. No information from campsite. Luckily the weather wasn’t as bad as expected.

Travelling party: Seniors
Liked - Excellent facilities kept spotlessly clean. Restaurant serves above average food and has extensive opening hours even in October. The nature reserve is fantastic for anyone interested in birds. Bring your binoculars.
Reception staff very helpful and pools have a permanent lifeguard, shop has a small organic range and nice bread.
Disliked - More hedges separating pitches would be welcome. A few bat or bird boxes might encourage mosquito eating birds and bats.

good site right next to the sea. reception staff weren’t very interested in what I wanted. I had booked with the CC so I got a small pitch. electric supply was poor with only five amps available. the site restaurant was very good value and the pool facilities spacious and clean. site shop was little use. no fresh fruit or vegetables and strange opening hours.
some bigger pitches were much better but not available to me. OK for a couple of nights but I won’t call again!
