Travelling party: Couple

Easy access from motorway with sat back.Approached from North/Salamanca
But after crossing bridge sat nav directed up narrow street
wait till third turning after bridge which looks wider.
Pleasant check in
Pitches compact
Toilets etc v clean
Easy walk over stepping stone over river to river park
Look for path after passing old factory
Turn right by restaurant and look for narrow path leading up zig zag path to old citadel
in square quite a few eating places and bars.Nice ambience

Travelling party: Couple

Nice municipal site. Shower block basic but acceptable. Reasonable size pitches. Very convenient for town. Quiet with no road noise during our stay. Would use again.

Travelling party: Couple

Friendly staff on a tired site. A good price with lots of hot water (no push button demand here!), if hot water arrives after a minute or so. Supermarket (limited choice) 10 minute walk away. Old city up the shallow hill with river behind. Site offers occasional road noise on one side or continuous, restful (for some) river noise as the water traverses a weir. There is a bar onsite.
