Stayed here a couple of days while touring around the north of Spain. Found the campsite to be one of the best in the area. Very handy for visiting San Sebastian as there is a full bus service outside the gate. Would highly recommend

The pitch sites were very muddy . the toilets could be alot cleaner I think they were cleaned just once a day. There was a lack of hot water for a shower and for washing the dishes. There was no timetables for buses or any tourist information on San Sebastian no information of anything. checking in was very slow.

Loved this site. Segregated facilities, frequently cleaned. Nice variety & restaurant, with friendly staff. Convenient bus to town. Small dogs allowed if carried or on lap. Stunning views. Pitches- often not level, some with trees in the middle. No problem for small vans, bit tricky if 7.5m in which case you might need to be diagonal across pitch. Caravans without a mover will lead to increased blood pressure. You can ask to be moved if your allocated pitch doesn't suit you. Great site.

The receptionist that greeted me was unpleasant, the site itself was okay, it was a little difficult to enter with the size of van we had 7.7.7mtrs, the facilities were acceptable, the restaurant was excellent and the food even better.

Slow messy checkin procedure and allocation of park was unsuitable so had to go back twice , with long queues each time . We were in a paddock across the road and through keyed gates to get to pool, bathrooms and other facilities. Same charge a night. The pitches were not flat and very small.we couldn’t put our awning up fully and even then neighbours on both sides were virtually sitting in our Motorhome with us.
In the mornings we could smell that other campers had urinated on grass . Many of them didn’t have a loo and I guess too far to walk all the way over to camp loo. I suggest there should be a bathroom block up on this paddock. Very overpriced for facilities so far away.
Staff were quite unfriendly but very busy with queues all the time.
We stayed 3 nights to see San Sebastián which is lovely.
This camp was a rip off !
Bus to city was great.

We last stayed at this site in 2016 and had a great week. Our experience this time very different. Reception was chaos. No space on main site but offered overspill site. Given two lots of spaces both occupied so got their agreement to park under some trees. Overspill site had no toilets so you needed to go through 2 security gates and cross a road to get to the toilet block. Got a 5 euro reduction but still the most expensive site we have used this year through France, Spain and Portugal. Staff were not concerned . They appeared to just want the money for no facilities. There were dogs running around freely which staff did nothing about after being informed. People booked in and then drove off again because they were so disgusted. this is the only ACSI site we have stayed at we would no longer recommend.

we went to try n get into this site yesterday. the main camp site looked lovely but the pitch they gave us at the top end of the car park away from the main area was disgraceful. we have an 8m Motorhome once our bikes are on at the back. there was only 2 pitches available for us. the first one we couldn’t get on n the second one thou suitable we were facing rubbish on the ground. the grass was so long you lost your foot in it. oh. all for the price of €50 a night. there was no where to empty the chemical toilets either by us. it’s a shame really as this would have done to visit San Sabastian. the staff were friendly enough and once we told them we were leaving (had not paid by this time) they were ok. but won’t visit again. .
