Neat campsite
The grounds of Camping Orio are well maintained, and the pitches for your tent or caravan are laid out on different grassy areas. The fields are bordered by hedges and for the most part, also have a tree for some shade. In addition to places for your own camping equipment, there are also about thirty bungalows available.
Eating and drinking
Most of the facilities you need for a successful holiday can be found at this campsite. There is a campsite shop where you can do your daily shopping. And for the children, there is a small playground outside and a play area inside. As soon as you get hungry in the evening, there's plenty of choices. Of course, you can make your own meal, but there is also a fine restaurant with an adjoining terrace.
Wide sandy beach
Located at the point where the Oria flows into the Bay of Biscay, water plays an important role at Camping Orio. There are many water sports possibilities, such as kayaking, rowing and SUPping. There is also a small harbour for pleasure boats just fifty metres from the campsite. By walking down the street (two hundred metres), you are already on the wide sandy beach. You can also take a refreshing dive at the campsite. In the far corner is a swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing area with chairs and parasols.
