Camping El Pino is situated in the Andalusian hills in the south of Spain, less than one km from the Mediterranean Sea. It goes without saying that a camping holiday this close to the sea calls for a day of fun in the sun and the sea. A short walk down the hill takes you to the sea and the Torrox Costa beach.

Terraced campsite with lodge tents
You can spot the small lodge tents as soon as you enter the campsite. They are found all over the terrace-shaped campsite of El Pino. The terraces are easy to reach via paved roads. The camping pitches, varying in size, are located on an open terrain (which has a somewhat cluttered appearance). They are either not demarcated or marked with low stone ridges.
In addition to the almost three hundred touring pitches, the campsite also houses a fair number of permanent pitches, bungalows and chalets. Many of these rental accommodations units are elevated, giving you a lovely view from your patio.
Swimming pool with a view
At the far end of the campsite, on the highest terrace, lies the large, new swimming pool. Great for swimming with the entire family under the watchful eye of a pool attendant. There is also a small toddler pool. Drinks, ice creams and tapas can be ordered from the bar and enjoyed on the roof terrace. From here you have a view of the surrounding area.
Mediterranean Sea
A walk of less than one km will take you to the beach of Torrox Costa. This coastal part of Torrox may well be less attractive than the centre of the town located in the hills, but the promenade along the sea has a lot to offer. Along the promenade, starting at the lighthouse, you will find numerous restaurants and bars.
