This campsite is an ideal place for those who prefer to spend their holidays in harmony with nature. Here you'll be camping on the Savinja River in the Slovenian Alps, in a wooded atmosphere with a view of the surrounding mountains. This is a great base for spectacular hikes and biking tours in the mountains. The surrounding area also offers plenty of mountain sports options, such as mountaineering, canyoning, rafting and kayaking. Forest Camping Mozirje is also an extremely environmentally conscious campsite.

Beautiful campsite integrated into nature

This campsite is beautifully integrated into nature. You'll find tourist camping pitches in a wide variety of shapes and sizes on the wooded grounds. Some of the pitches offer views of the surrounding mountains, while others overlook the surrounding countryside.

You can also rent a tent with mattresses and bedding at this campsite. In addition, there are five wooden holiday homes that can accommodate a maximum of three people per house.

Many relaxation options

There are excellent sports facilities, a small petting zoo and play equipment. There's also a campfire area for optimal relaxation. You can also enjoy paddling in the river from the nearby beach.

What's more, the campsite features water-saving eco showers.

Cooking with fellow campers

This campsite features a beautiful communal kitchen. The extensive facilities and the picnic tables set up next to them invite you to cook and socialise together.

You can also experience the rich culinary offerings of this region in restaurants, guest houses and (tourist) farms in the area.

Liked - There was everything you need in camping area and more. The forest was amazing, protected from the heat and the rain. Young man from the staff who gave the tour etc., excellent at customer service.
Disliked - I prefer showers with sinks but thats already splitting hairs.

Liked - Nette und hilfsbereite Angestellte, ruhige Lage des Platzes, Sauberkeit im allgemeinen und speziell die der sanitären Anlagen. Möglichkeiten zum abwaschen des Geschirr gibt es viele.
Tourenplanung für Radtouren, Unterstützung bei Buchungsproblemen für Ausflüge.
Täglich frische Brötchen und Backwaren aus eigener Produktion.
Disliked - Toilettentüren mit Schließer zur Erkennung ob besetzt oder nicht.
