In the southeastern part of Slovenia, a few kilometres from the Croatian border, lies Camping Kolpa Resort Glamping. You camp in a mountainous, wooded area in the tourist region of Bela Krajina (White Carniola). The small, ecological campsite is a beautiful place for a relaxed (glamping) holiday in Slovenia. Enjoy the tranquillity, go for a swim in the swimming pond and eat in the campsite restaurant.

Luxury safari tents or wooden chalets

At the campsite, you can choose a pitch or a luxury accommodation. You camp on grass and all pitches at the campsite are the same size. If you love glamping, you have come to the right spot. You stay in a luxury safari tent or a wooden chalet with its own bathroom. The safari tent is the best of two worlds. You experience the free feeling of camping and do indeed sleep under tent canvas, but in a comfortable bed and with a kitchen and bathroom. All accommodations have their own terrace with outdoor furniture.

Dive into the natural pool

At Kolpa Resort Glamping you spend your holiday close to nature. The central point of the campsite is the natural pool. The clear water invites you to go for a refreshing swim. Swim in the fresh water and enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding hills and valleys. The restaurant, where you can enjoy an extensive meal, is right next to the swimming pool. The majority of the ingredients come from the vegetable garden that is also located on the campsite grounds. Children can amuse themselves in the natural playground or on the bicycle track. There is also a multi-functional playing field for campsite visitors who love sports.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Wij verbleven in het hoogseizoen drie nachten op deze camping met onze camper. Wij zijn een gezin met twee kinderen van 6 en 7 jaar.
We werden ontvangen met een drankje en wat uitleg over de camping en omgeving. De eigenaar is erg benaderbaar en vrijwel altijd aanwezig op de camping.
Camping bestaat uit erg weinig sta plekken een paar bungalows en luxe tenten. Sommige zelfs met een eigen buitenbad. Hierdoor erg overzichtelijk en de kinderen kunnen heerlijk spelen. Er ligt speelgoed en er wordt ook gewerkt aan een klein fietsveld.
Het zwembad is een zwemvijver. Groot genoeg voor iedereen op de camping. Het is erg netjes en wordt perfect onderhouden. Dit houdt ook in dat ze erg zuinig zijn op bijvoorbeeld de planten om het zwembad heen. Kinderen worden dan ook aangesproken als ze hier toch doorheen lopen.
In de nabij gelegen rivier op ongeveer 3 minuten rijden of 15 minuten lopen. Liggen sups en kano’s die je gratis kan pakken. Erg leuke rivier met daarbij een klein terras waar je pizza kan eten. Er staat deels wat stroming. Maar onze kinderen konden goed in de rivier zwemmen.

Erg fijne camping met een heerlijk knus gevoel. Als aanrader de ontbijtbox die je kan bestellen met lokale producten van de omliggende boerderijen.
