Terraced campsite between the vineyards
The campsite was already known as a camper stop, but has now grown into a complete campsite. The campsite is situated against a hillside, which is full of vineyards. You camp on terraces in the middle of the vineyards. The terraces are very well cared for and have room for thirty touring pitches. Some of these pitches are quite small; ideal for an overnight stay with a tent. The larger touring pitches are suitable for caravans.
Transit campsite
Saksida Wine and Camping Resort is usually used as a transit campsite. Northern European campers in particular find an excellent stopover at the campsite during their onward journey. These campers like to stay for a few nights, to enjoy the quiet surroundings and the delicious food. Keep in mind that thhere are not many facilities for children.
Swimming pool in the sun
Campers have the luxury of a small swimming pool. This is located at the front of the campsite, on the lowest part of the terraces. Here you can enjoy a nice swim in a sunny spot. The swimming pool is not particularly large, but because the campsite is small and mostly used as a transit campsite, there will always be enough space. Around the pool are sun loungers with parasols.
