"Quiet campsite in an urban area on sloping grounds, partly shaded. The campsite is at some distance from the centre of Tavira. Perfect for spending winter. Near the sea. For caravans and motorhomes only; no tents permitted."

Really bad experience. Staff were very unhelpful and rude. Should not be an ACSI member.

Showers good problem- hot water took an age to come through and once through didn’t last long enough also went cold towards the end of the flow. Must have pressed six times. Receptionist was the most unhelpful madam we have had the misfortune to deal with Name Jessica! Had to extract every bit of information from her, gave up and spoke to security man who was so helpful to him thank you sorry don’t know your name. It was a little like Colditz Prison getting in and out. It’s the only place where they kept a passport to ensure you handed back the plastic card issued on entering. Absolutely nonsensical as the barrier to exit is down, so the security only has to ask for the cards!! We also thought it was expensive ther is no WiFi except in the bar!! Every other campsite provides coverage of the site and gives you the password on booking in. Needless to say we don’t recommend this site and WONT be returning.
