Turiscampo Campingclub Algarve is situated in the southwest of Portugal. This highly luxurious family campsite features beautiful accommodations and recently landscaped pitches. The mini supermarket has a broad selection of goods and the restaurant has an à la carte menu, a buffet and a special menu featuring local products. A varied entertainment programme is available every day. The Atlantic Ocean is a ten-minute drive away.

High quality

Everything on Turiscampo Campingclub Algarve looks well-tended. From the reception to the restaurant and from the camp shop to the beautiful greenery you see all over the campsite grounds. The camping pitches are also beautifully laid out on hard surfaces. The pitches vary in size, with a choice of pitches with and without shade. There are also mobile homes and bungalows available for rent. The sanitary facilities are of excellent quality. For the many guests who bring their four-footed friend along to this campsite, there is a separate shower area for dogs.

Facilities and entertainment

You will find various amenities on the campsite. For instance, a medium-sized camp shop and a bar-restaurant with a fine terrace. The menu is varied and affordable. The campsite also has a daily programme and an entertainment team that organises different activities each day. You can also create your own entertainment on the multi-sports ground or on the pétanque court.

Swimming pools

You will also find entertainment and relaxation opportunities in and around the swimming pools. Turiscampo Campingclub Algarve features an outdoor pool with a separate children's pool and a covered swimming pool which has been open since 2019. This pool can also be converted into an outdoor pool thanks to the sliding roof. The two swimming pools are centrally located on the campsite grounds, in the full sun and surrounded by loungers.

Travelling party: Seniors

Stayed here many years for up to 4 weeks at a time. Bar and restaurant facilities second to none. Easy walking distance to nice village (Espiche) with several friendly pubs. Luz a longer walk but well worth the trip. Most friendly staff. Would recommend very highly.

Excellent site however :
You really need to emphasise you need transport to get around!
The entrance opens to the N125 dual carriageway and absolutely nothing outside at all- you need to get bus to Lagos 6.5km or hike ( yes hike) the 3.5 to la Luz, then it’s up hill and down very long steep hill, especially on way back!
Bus for Lagos outside but for La Luz it’s up carriageway by roundabout 13 min walk

We go most years as the campsite is so clean, friendly, welcoming with beautiful flowers and good pitches. The toilets and showers are very modern. The restaurant is very good and cafe is so reasonable and overlooks the pool. There are excellent shows 3 times a week and you can take part in walks, aqua, petanque, football, stretching and pilates. The location is 1/2 hr walk to the beautiful beach. Buses go to lovely Lagos. There is also a spa and gym. As soon as we arrive it’s like coming home.

The staff and owners are superly helpful, the covered pool is excellent, the pitches well cared for and an intersting well plcas variety of huts/mobile homes.

After a long drive its lovely to be meet by positive reception staff. Booking in was simple and we quickly found our pitch. A good pitch can make or break a caravanning holiday, we had a good one. The toilets are immaculate, as is the gym, pool and whole area. The building works didn\'t affect us directly, it was just a background sound or maybe as a ex builder I\'m used to it. We eat at the restaurant and had a few cocktails watching the ducks. Your staff make life very easy. The Sea is a short cycle or 20 min walk, over a hill. Bars and restaurants are everywhere, including a Indian. Lots of people spend the winter months here and why not, its lovely.

This is our favourite campsite. It is spotlessly clean, modern toilets, great entertainment and very good cafe and restaurant. The beach is walkable and Lagos is a short bus ride away. The staff could not he nicer.
