Campismo S. Miguel is in the popular holiday region of the Algarve on the west coast of Portugal. The closest beach is only 4 kilometres away, making this campsite the ideal home base for a Portuguese beach holiday. The campsite has a large outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant with terrace and a supermarket where daily shopping can be done.

Green campsite in Portugal

Campismo S. Miguel has a sandy surface. The pitches are spacious and nicely laid out. The site has plenty of trees, making the area green and shady. Holidaymakers without their own camping equipment can rent a chalet or a safari tent. The rental accommodations are in a different section than the pitches. The chalets are among the pine trees, all have their own terrace with garden furniture and a hammock. The tents are equipped with a bed, bed linen and electricity.

Will you choose the sea or the swimming pool?

For a refreshing swim, go to the beach, which is only a ten-minute drive from the campsite. You can choose from several wonderful sandy beaches and enjoy the impressive rocky coast of the Algarve. You can also stay at the campsite for a refreshing swim in the large outdoor swimming pool.

Nature and history in the Algarve

The coast of the Algarve is beautiful with impressive rock formations that alternate with vast sandy beaches. The nearest village is Odeceixe (2.5 km), where there are several shops and charming restaurants. The lovely city of Lagos (50 km) is about an hour’s drive away, With many cafes and restaurants and a relaxed atmosphere.
