Between the sea, the beach and historic Middelburg lies Minicamping Pitteperk. The spacious pitches on the grassy meadows have a panoramic view of the countryside. Here, you can be sure of enjoying a peaceful camping holiday. You can have a nice rest, but you can also choose to be active. Help the farmer, explore the cheese shop and cycle to beautiful Middelburg. Pedal towards the coast, and within ten minutes, your feet will be immersed in the sea.

Wide open views and little wind

Set up your caravan on one of the spacious pitches and enjoy the panoramic view. You can look out over the Walcheren countryside from your camping chair. The arable fields are endless. It gives you a wonderful sense of freedom and space. Meanwhile, the tall trees and bushes protect you against the wind.

Helping with the cows

It's not only farming assistants and volunteers who work in the dairy farm. Campsite guests may also lend a helping hand. If they want to, of course. You are not obliged to do anything. So go and have a look without interrupting your holiday. If you like cheese, you'll feel right at home here. In fact, in the stables, you will also find a large cheese-making facility. Select the tastiest cheeses in the shop for a well-stocked cheese board.

Historical Middelburg

Are you looking for a wonderful place to do your daily shopping? Try Koudekerke or Middelburg. There are plenty of supermarkets here. In Middelburg you can also visit the historic centre of this beautiful Zeeland city. With the old abbey tower, Kloveniersdoelen and the gothic town hall, there is much to admire.

deur van kleerkast hing er nog steeds uit matras van 2pers bed was een stuk kleiner als het bed tv deedt het niet goed kregen er 3zenders op met moeite was niet goed gepoets bij aankomst erna is er gepoets magnitron niet schoon dus ook niet gebruikt vloer was niet schoon geen slakom geen braadpan met deksels was er niet in geen slabestek zijn dus alles maar gaan kopen en ook mee naar huis genomen

Afrader! Organisatorisch is het een zooitje...

De camping zelf is mooi, doorgaans ruime plekken, voorzieningen zijn gedateerd maar goed onderhouden en schoon, fijne douches.

We hadden hier zeer bijtijds gereserveerd (en betaald) maar bij aankomst was er geen plek meer (ondanks de bevestigde reservering). We konden wel op de parkeerplaats staan...

Na overleg ergens op een veldje terecht gekomen en de stroom met onze overburen gedeeld...
Kan natuurlijk een keer voorkomen maar tot onze verbazing liep dit veld helemaal vol met andere mensen die ook gereserveerd hadden maar waar vervolgens geen plek voor was (de parkeerplaats stond inmiddels ook al vol met 4 campers).

Hier stonden we letterlijk bumper aan bumper en de scheerlijnen stonden bij de tenten in elkaar...
Helaas vanuit de eigenaar geen oplossing en ook erg weinig interesse, heel jammer want het is een plek met potentie...

Er zijn genoeg andere campings in de buurt en ik zou dus ook adviseren daar te gaan staan en deze camping links te laten liggen...

Mijn vrouw en ik waren op Pitteperk met de caravan en de fietsen van 6-12juli 2022.
Het is een prachtige plek tussen hoge hagen achter de boerderij. Grote plekken. In tien minuten met de fiets in Middelburg. Ook alle ander plaatsen op Walcheren zijn makkelijk met de fiets te doen.

Wij hebben een weekend de stacaravan gehuurd. Die lekte, waar men van op de hoogte was. Bedden zeer slecht, veren in schouders en heup. Keuken geen aardappelmes, lege gasaansteker. Schuifdeur van kast kappot. Deurslot werkt niet. Gemeld tijdens verblijf, helaas geen enkele actie ondernomen. Dit NOOIT meer.

Heerlijk op het achterste veldje gestaan met eigen caravan. Super lekker gefietst, prachtige omgeving, leuke boerderijwinkel en de mensen zijn altijd bereid vragen te beantwoorden. Geen super de luxe camping, wel heel erg rustig en alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig

Verlichting buiten wc hok en op de Camping en een water kraan bij de brandblusser zou een aanrader zijn. prima camping

Week in naseizoen een stacaravan gehuurd. Alles aanwezig. Wel ontzettend oude caravan en helaas (caravan staat achter de koeienstallen) veel vliegen. Dat zag je in de caravan ook terug (poepjes overal). Ontzettend genoten. Echte boerderijcamping. Je mag overal komen, koeien en kalfjes bekijken, dahlias plukken en meehelpen mocht je dat willen. Prachtige wandelomgeving. Geweldig ontvangen. Leuk kaaswinkeltje met ook verse eitjes en zelfgemaakte jam. De camping is geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Rustige camping. Ik ging voor de rust en omgeving. Helemaal weer opgeladen naar huis na een weekje genieten!

Helaas viel de camping erg tegen. Het kampeerveld was een grote blubberzooi vol met plassen. De douches dames werden steeds koud en staan te dicht afgesteld naar de wand zodat je er bijna niet onder kan staan. Ook het was/afwashok bleek maar twee bakken te hebben waar warm water uit komt. Dus de sanitaire voorzieningen mogen wel eens nagekeken worden. Tip: thermostaatkranen en betere douchekop! Tip 2: wat verlichting op de kampeerveldjes.
