Vakantiepark Kijkduin is on the southwestern side of The Hague, only a couple hundred metres from Kijkduin beach. This is an ideal holiday address for beach lovers as well as for people who want to explore The Hague. Moreover, you are only fifteen minutes away from Scheveningen with its bustling boulevard and fun attractions like Madurodam theme park and the Sea Life aquarium. The large park has lots of amenities and activities for families with (young) children and is low-traffic.

Various types of touring pitches and accommodations

This campsite makes ample room for campsite visitors, making a few hundred touring pitches available on these thickly wooded grounds. A section of the campsite has a sandy base while other areas are covered with grass. Most camping pitches are grouped and in the centre of the grounds. You can also stay overnight at Vakantiepark Kijkduin in a luxury bungalow, chalet or safari tent.

On an adventure with Rangers

If it is too cold to swim in the sea, go to Magna Aqua, the indoor swimming pool of Kijkduin Holiday Park, with a basic swimming pool, a wading pool and a Jacuzzi. The main building of the resort is next to this indoor swimming pool. It contains several playgrounds, the kids’ club, the restaurant, snack bar and large supermarket. The restaurant, which underwent a major renovation, has become the main attraction of the park.

During the high season, twice a week there is entertainment for children up to and including 12 years of age. The programme includes doing crafts, dancing, fun children’s shows and laser gaming. Fun extra: children can rent a special jeep and go on an exciting off-road adventure with the other Rangers!

Travelling party: Couple

Off season camping place for moho. Places are sand and lumps of grass, some fully under trees, no option to chose. Asked where chem disposal was and pointed out on map as the drive over drain. It is actually hidden in the toilet block at the back and no signs, found it last day. Used the pool...no shoe rule ignored by most users, hence filthy floor. Groups of youths jumping in and onto small children trying to swim. The boy overseeing basically ignored it. I stopped it then they took over the whirpool. Needs an adult to supervise. Looks great but charges reservation fees and wants payment in advance so poor value compared to other acsi sites we have used
