Open and spacious campingsite
Behind the farm is the vast camping field. A paved road runs across the field, so that you can easily reach one of the 25 spacious, unfenced pitches. These pitches are all on the same field and face inwards. This way you can easily make contact with your fellow guests. This gives the campsite an open and spacious character, just like its surroundings. You can also stay in a lodge tent completely furnished with a cooker, refrigerator and comfortable beds.
Pony workshop
As befits a farm campsite, children can get to know all kinds of animals. They can help feed the little lambs, ride on the hay wagon and participate in a real pony workshop. Here, they can learn how to handle a pony and go for a ride. There is also playground equipment and a trampoline. And of course, when it is nice, the go-carts are brought out of the barn. In the unlikely event of bad weather, children can enjoy themselves in the recreation room.
Rural shopping
Camping Slingeland does not have a campsite shop or supermarket, but there are all kinds of nice shops nearby. For an ice cream you can visit the ice cream farm, one kilometre away. And in Giessenburg, four kilometres from the campsite, is the Graanbuurt. Here you can go 'country shopping' in the Graanschuur and the Kolenbeurs. There is also a supermarket in Giessen.
