The vicinity of Someren is rich in nature. It is characterised by woodland, heath, natural pools and marshy wetlands caused by peat-digging, such as De Vloeten and De Vlerken. The Strabrechtse Heide and Beuven, also located there, are beautiful cycling and walking destinations. Camping de Kuilen is in a convenient location from where to explore these nature areas.

Neat camping lawns and lovely chalets
The pitches are located along the edge of a few rectangular, spaciously laid out and neat camping lawns. They are separated from each other by high hedges and all have their own tap. The most beautiful, new pitches are located at the back of the campsite. The first, richly shaded field is particularly beautiful. You will find some lovely wooden chalets here. These can be rented and all have their own terrace.
Swimming and horse riding
To cool off in warm weather, a small swimming pool is erected at the front on one of the camping fields. Because of its height this swimming pool, is mainly suitable for older children. A great feature of this campsite: you may bring your own horse. Stabling is available for horses owned by guests. The covered riding hall may also be used by them. Of course, it is much nicer to explore the beautiful nature in the area. There are ample riding trails on passable sandy paths in the area.
