Campsite Marisheem is located in an attractive, rural setting in the narrowest part of Limburg. This spaciously laid out family campsite consists mainly of chalets and mobile homes. The high season on this campsite covers a period of approximately four weeks. In low season it is very quiet here. Marisheem is a neat campsite, located in a beautiful area which lends itself excellently to cycling and walking.

Neat camping pitches

You reach the swimming pool via the small pathway on the left. The touring pitches are grouped around the pool. On the remainder of the campsite you will mainly find chalets and mobile homes: campsite Marisheem has no fewer than two hundred permanent pitches. The camping grounds are neatly laid out, with flat pitches on grassy fields surrounded by greenery. The vegetation is well maintained, although the owners of the permanent pitches are responsible for cutting the grass on their pitch.

Water slide

Camping Marisheem has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with a triple water slide. There is also a fun toddler pool with an array of play equipment and sprayers. Great for swimming and splashing around for both the little ones and older children. Especially the water slide is an endless source of amusement, as you can whoosh down the slide three at a time. There is a sunbathing lawn with loungers, picnic tables and sun umbrellas around the swimming pool. The swimming pool is securely fenced-in. The adjacent playground is also home to a range of fitness equipment. 

Short season

There is no camping shop, but there are ample shopping opportunities in Echt (approximately three km away). The bar and snack bar of the campsite are only open during a short period in July and August. You can also buy fresh bread during that time. Other amenities are also limited or not accessible outside this period. Fortunately, the swimming pool is open for a slightly longer period: from mid-May to the end of August.

Travelling party: Seniors

ruime camping die meer bestaat uit stacaravans en nieuw te plaatsen chalets waardoor de kampeerplekken beetje bij beetje worden opgeofferd.
Geen ruime plekken waar de auto dan ook nog bij moet staan. Nauwe doorgang met caravan bij de ingang.
