The family campsite Siblu Camping Meerwijck, in the far north of the Netherlands, is in a stunning setting near the village of Kropswolde. The campsite is in a unique location in the forest and by the Zuidlaardermeer combined with a lively marina. The restaurant and the swimming pool are lovely facilities, and it is also a paradise here for children thanks to the entertainment, the playground and the beach. Cycling fans and water sports enthusiasts will have the time of their lives in the area.

Camping in Groningen

You can enjoy the countryside to the full amid the Dutch landscapes and just south of Groningen. There are various towns and village in the area, for example for groceries or to go out for a bite to eat. The central location is convenient, close to the A7 and A28 motorways, in the triangle between Laren, Hogezand and Zuidlaren.

Lovely fields

If you come with your own tent, caravan or motorhome, then you pitch on grass. Many touring pitches are on neat fields, with a small playground in the middle for the youngest campers. If you would like to spend the night in accommodation, you also have various options: a hiker's cabin, a lovely glamping tent, a furnished mobile home or a cool pod.

Heated indoor swimming pool

A big plus at Siblu Camping Meerwijck is the indoor swimming pool. It is a lovely swimming pool for all ages. It's not massive, but it is nicely landscaped. The spacious private sandy beach is ideal for outdoor swimming fun. It is by shallow water and it only takes a few steps to reach from your camping pitch.

Travelling party: Couple

uitstekende camping voor gezinnen met kinderen. Veel entertainment en speelvoorzieningen rondom. Als je zonder kinderen bent is het een leuke camping. Kwaliteit ontbreekt her en der. Toilet, kapot. Douche, kapot. Chemisch toilet punt, kapot (en verkeerd aangegeven op de kaart). Afvoer bij comfortplaats, verstopt. Al die kleine dingen worden samen een wat grotere irritatie. Leuke omgeving met veel watersport mogelijkheden en natuurlijk een prima uitvalsbasis om Groningen te bezoeken.

Een ruime camping. Prima gelegen om diverse fietstochten te maken bijv. ook naar Groningen-stad of rondom het zuidlaarder meer. Rustige campingveldjes.

Receptie: Bij (vroege) aankomst hadden we even wat wrijving: de receptie wilde al sluiten voor de lunchpauze, hoewel het nog geen 12:00 uur was. Pas na overleg mochten we zelf een plekje uitzoeken, de caravan achter de slagboom zetten en later doorgeven waar we zijn gaan staan. Op een camping waar hele velden leeg waren . . . De camping is zeer ruim opgezet, heeft keurige en schone sanitair groepen, er heerst absolute rust, een genoegen om te verblijven. Vanaf de camping zijn er zeer veel fiets mogelijkheden: heel veel natuur, stad Groningen. Een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Gratis wifi bij de receptie.

Fijne camping met goed en vriendelijk personeel.
Winkel.mag wel verbouwd worden tot een supermarkt.
en buiten hrt strand een buiten zwembad de camping nog beter maken.

Leuke camping, lekker rustig in het naseizoen. Mooie ruime plekken, camping is opgedeeld in verschillende gebieden. Lijkt veel entertainment te zijn voor kinderen, zeker in het hoogseizoen. Sanitair prima, schoon maar wel basisuitstraling. Goed genoeg!

Prachtige camping super schoon sanitair, prachtige omgeving voor fietsen en wandelen, het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en staan altijd direct voor je klaar. Al met al een aanrader voor mensen die van rust en de natuur willen genieten.
