Centrally located between the old town of Workum and the IJsselmeer you’ll find Sudersé campsite. This small-scale farm campsite has very spacious pitches on green camping fields surrounded by trees and bushes. Near the campsite, there is an organic agricultural and horticultural farm. In the farm shop, you will find organic products of their own cultivation.

Spacious pitches

Sudersé Camp Site is a small camp site with sixty pitches in total. There are 42 very spacious pitches, laid out on grass fields surrounded by greenery. The rest of the pitches are intended for permanent guests or campervan owners. There are also four wooden hikers' huts and a bungalow for rent.

Sandy beach within walking distance

Although the Zuiderzee has been the IJsselmeer for a long time now, you still feel as if you're by the sea on the wide sandy beach. You can swim, surf, sunbathe and enjoy the sunset. On the beach, you will see sailing boats, surfboards and catamarans everywhere, as there are several sailing and surfing schools. There is even a beach pavilion. This is located less than two kilometres from the campsite.

Ultimate tranquillity

This is truly a campsite for campers who love peace and quiet. So be sure to pack a pile of novels and board games, because there is no entertainment programme at this campsite. This does not mean, however, that there is nothing to do at Sudersé. Families with small children will have a great time here with the playground, sandpit, trampoline, animal pasture and sports field.

Fresh and organic

There is no restaurant, bar or supermarket on the campsite, but there is a farm shop. There you can find fresh, organic products. You can also get fresh rolls every morning.

Reisgezelschap: Pensionado’s met caravan

Ontvangst: Fijne ontvangst.
WiFi: Free maar is erg zwak. En zeker bij een volle camp slecht.
Paden: Vuil grind
Staanplaats: Op mooi gras
Sanitair: Mooi en met zeep en papier.
Inkopen/ brood: Kleine winkel aanwezig. Brood bestel kaart bij de receptie. In Workum de Aldi en Poiesz.
Restaurant: Niet aanwezig
Geluid: Stille camping.
Eindoordeel: Gemoedelijke rustigge camping met enige speeltoestellen. Een grote kantine / loods oa. met TV en biljart. Strand dicht bij. Workum 1.7 km. 35 min.lopen. Workum stad is ook een leuk stadje met bruggetjes en sluis. Fiets vriendelijke omgeving. De camping ligt lekker centraal om al die mooie plaatsjes in de omgeving te bekijken. Jammer van de slechte WiFi. We hadden last van heel veel muggen (jaargetijde?) Toch hebben hier wel een heerlijke week beleefd. Overigens wel met mooi weer.

Travelling party: Couple

bij aankomst denk je in wat voor een puinhoop ben ik aanbeland. rondom het woonhuis in en om de schuren en rondom toiletgebouw is het een zooitje. Toiletgebouw binnen is wel keurig. ze zeggen 25 staanplaatsen, maar vergeten dat er ook 15 seizoen plaatsen , 5 trekkershutten en 9 camper plaatsen zijn en dan nog het vrije veld waar ook nog ruimte is voor best wel veel gasten. Dat maakt het toiletgebouw wel klein. Veld C+ D+E daar sta je goed. Ergens anders moet je niet zijn
