Camp on a well-kept family campsite amidst a green and hilly area, close to a medieval town (Vianden). A lot of history has been preserved here. Resort Walsdorf is a place where you can enjoy nature, both on the campsite and in the surrounding area.

Resort Walsdorf is located in a green valley of the Luxembourg Ardennes, in the middle of free nature. The surrounding area therefore offers many possibilities.

Spacious pitches of your choice

The campsite has spacious, well-tended pitches. Below, there are more trees, so the pitches have more shade. These pitches are often beautifully located by the stream. Don't have your own tent, motorhome or caravan? At Resort Wasldorf you can also stay in one of the many accommodation options.

A stream runs across the campsite, where children can splash around. The campsite has no swimming pool, but many campsite guests go to the swimming pool complex with fast slides in Vianden.

Cosy bar

Next to the reception is a simple restaurant with a small menu, where you can eat simple dishes or take-away. There is a cosy bar and a small supermarket with fresh bread and meat.

Castle and copper mine

The surrounding area offers endless hiking, cycling and canoeing opportunities. The town of Vianden, with its beautifully restored castle and countless other sights, is an absolute must. There are also great industrial sights in the area, such as Stolzembourg, with its reservoir with power station and copper mine.

Travelling party: Family with children, various ages

Lovely place. Stayed in summer and during weekend. Even though camp was full, it was super calm and silent mostly. People are nice and friendly. I guess most guests come from Netherlands and are active Christians, so there are number of activities around that on Sunday.
