Slightly north-east of the small village of Kautenbach and in the heart of a vast hiking area, you will find this friendly campsite, where the Dutch owners/couple make their guests feel at home. For some 60 years Camping Kautenbach has been a paradise for nature lovers as well as a convenient base for cultural excursions to the many beautiful towns in this small country, such as Vianden and Diekirch.

Go anywhere you want

There are 235 camping pitches to choose from which are located under or near tall trees. The touring pitches are divided over a fairly large terrain and are on attractive and well maintained lawns. Tent owners are allocated a nice pitch of approx. 50 m2. Motorhomes and caravans will have a site of approx. 100-120 m2. Lots of hikers also rent accommodation.

Fun playing outside!

Playing outside is a real adventure here. Children cannot be lured away from the shallow river where they can splash around, paddle or float on the water. The water laps calmly past the campsite and can easily be reached from the banks. The river bank is also a lovely spot to soak up the sun. In summer months there are activities such as table tennis and soccer tournaments, a magic carpet in the playground, crafts afternoons and the spectacular bubble-blowing event.
