Camping Martbusch is situated in the heart of one of the most beautiful regions of Luxembourg: the Müllerthal. The campsite is harmoniously situated in the recreational area of Berdorf, in close vicinity of playgrounds, a mini golf course and sports fields for beach volleyball, soccer and basket ball. Signposted walking paths and mountain biking routes lead you from the camping grounds into overwhelming nature and eventually to the rock climbing region of Waanterbach.

A pristine campsite

Upon arrival you can tell straight away that you are staying at a well maintained campsite (newly laid out pathways). The neatly pruned trees separate some of the pitches while other pitches are separated by hedges. There is a new sanitary building with modern and well cared for sanitary equipment. Rental accommodation consists of mobile homes and 'pods', both two-person and four-person units. A 'pod' is a modern version of the trekker hut and is equipped with a kitchenette.

Shop and catering

Unfortunately, there is no shop or restaurant on the camping grounds, but Berdorf offers a wide selection of hotel-restaurants with Italian, Chinese, French or indigenous dishes. Adjacent to the camping is also a small snack bar where you can get something to eat or drink. However, there are hardly any shops in Berdorf, so that you will have to go to Echternach for your grocery shopping.

Sanitary facilities

Spread over the campsite are two ablution blocks, one of which has recently undergone a complete renovation. The sanitary facilities are adequate for the number of guests on the campsite. The renovated ablution block is equipped with roomy showers, family showers and special children facilities.

Travelling party: Couple

Het viel wat tegen op deze camping. De plekjes zijn krap en via een smal pad toegankelijk, wat niet eenvoudig was met een camper van 7 meter. In het oude sanitairgebouw waar we in de buurt stonden, kwam alleen koud of lauw water uit de douche, waarvoor we ook nog eens moesten betalen terwijl dat bij de CC kaart inclusief moet zijn. Doordat we door omstandigheden na 2 dagen vertrokken terwijl we voor 3 dagen geboekt en betaald hadden, vroeg ik de 3e dag terug, maar hier was geen oplossing voor mogelijk! Het restaurant heeft een mooie kaart en lekker eten.

Sinds kort moet men op deze camping betalen om te douchen. Dat is prima als je dan wel warm water krijgt dit is echter niet het geval. Het saldo tegoed dat je op de kaart over hebt krijg je ook niet terug. Wordt niet verteld bij inchecken.

Camping is gelegen vlak tegen het Mullerthal in Luxemburg met schitterende natuur en wandelroutes van verschillende moeilijkheidsgraden. Het vernieuwde sanitair is van zeer hoge kwaliteit.

Ben hier voor het derde achtereenvolgende jaar. \'s Ochtends wandelen, \'s middags wielrennen en \'s avonds voetballen.

Er ligt een prachtige speeltuin pal naast de camping, een kunstgrasveldje en een beachvolleybalveld.

En de camping is goedkoop.
