The Atlanta campsite is located to the south of the fishing village of Chioggia, an hour's drive from Venice. This campsite looks a bit old-fashioned, with its many permanent pitches and sober layout of the touring pitches. But everything is neatly maintained and you camp here in a quiet environment, directly on the Mediterranean. The campsite has a private beach where you can rent sun loungers and parasols.

Pitches on the beach
The front part of the campsite is reserved for regular guests: they have permanent pitches here, mainly in the form of cottages. If you drive a little further, you will come across the touring pitches. These are situated in straight rows next to each other. Small trees stake out the pitches, but provide little privacy or shade. Further on towards the beach are the better pitches, so it is worth trying to get a spot there.
For the children
The entertainment programme on the campsite is especially fun for children. Under the supervision of the animation team, they can play games both on dry land and in the swimming pools. These can be found centrally on the campsite. In addition to a large paddling pool, the campsite has a real olympic pool, ideal for swimming your daily laps. You can also take a dip in the Mediterranean.
Supermarkets
On the campsite there is a small supermarket and a restaurant. In the supermarket you will find some much-needed groceries, but the assortment is not extensive enough for your evening meal. Luckily within a radius of two kilometres there are several large supermarkets.
