On the coast of popular Tuscany, near the village of Castiglione della Pescaia, you'll find the picturesque Camping Village Santapomata. The campsite, located right on the sea, has shady pitches with grass. A few pitches are within walking distance of the sea. There is a small rocky outcropping, La Rocchette, crowned by an old castle not far from Castiglione della Pescaia.

Oasis of peace

Peace is worth a lot during your holidays in the tourist heart of Italy. You'll find exactly that on this campsite. The pitches are spacious and have plenty of privacy. They are not all of the same size and not demarcated. Travelling without your own tent or caravan? You can easily hire a lodge-tent or a mobile home.

Beach and bar

Camping Village Santapomata does not have its own swimming pool, but the sea is not far away. At the beach you can hire kayaks and water bikes (fun for the whole family). There is also a bar where you can have a bite and drink on the shady terrace.

Fresh fish and pizzas

There is a restaurant on the campsite where you can have lunch or dinner. The cuisine is Tuscan, complete with all of the culinary refinements that go with it. You should really order one of the delicious fish dishes. They also bake fantastic pizzas. You can take away your meals and also stay on the campsite based on half or full board.

Sanitation with camper service

There are two sanitary buildings with warm showers that work without coins. There are also sinks with hot water and a special camper service. Handy!

Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich. Essen im Restaurant und Personal super. Sanitäranlagen unzumutbar (war Grund, warum wir trotz schönem Strand und ansonsten wunderbarem Ambiente abgereist sind).

Toller Platz. Leider sind die Sanitäranlagen etwas sanierungsbedürftig. Das sieht man im Süden ja nicht so eng. Alles im Sand, aber auch schön viel Bäume.

Natürliche Lage im Pinienwald, dadurch die ACSI-Stellplätze für größere Wohnwagen schlecht erreichbar;
liegt direkt am Meer mit eigenem Zugang, sehr schöner Sandstrand mit malerischer Kulisse; Sanitäranlagen sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen (ausgebrochene Türscharniere in den Duschen, verfärbte Trennwände - wirkt dadurch unsauber)
