Camping Schartner Alm is on the outskirts of a small South Tyrolean village. This family business is aimed at families who like comfort and style. A top restaurant, great toilet and washing facilities and a large indoor playground: young and old are pampered here to the full.

Open pitches

There are 40 camping pitches on an open site beside the swimming pool. The pitches are mainly spacious in the length. Young planting separates you from the neighbours. All pitches are on paved ground and look out over the massive high mountains. As well as the camping facilities, there are also six stylishly furnished lodges.

Great toilet and washing facilities

The toilet block is in the main building and looks clean and tidy. They have also used beautiful materials here. It is possible to hire a private bathroom with a private shower and toilet. There are separate toilet and washing facilities for children in fun colours and with murals.

Swimming pool with a view

There is a small grass field around the natural swimming pool and comfortable loungers on a plateau beside the water. There is also a smaller children's pool. If you want to unwind, grab a spot in the aromatic herb bath or in the panorama sauna.

Quality restaurant

Besides the magnificent countryside surrounding you, the restaurant is also one of the campsite's highlights. Head chef Helmut turns every evening into a feast. A fresh pizza, the local 'kaminwurzen’ or other dish. It looks almost too good to eat. They have a fun concept for children where they can compile their own pizza.

Travelling party: Couple

Fijne camping op een prachtige plek en wel op 1250 m hoog. Met campers alleen bereikbaar vanaf Bolzano Noord. Het is hier rustig en met de gastkaart krijg je korting op hele mooie activiteiten. Met een bus-treintje en een seilbahn naar Bolzano kost helemaal niets. Ook met een lift omhoog en genieten van het uitzicht helemaal gratis. Eigenaresse is zeer klantgericht en er zijn fijne restaurants bij en een verwarmd zwembad. Kortom een aanrader.
