If you really want to camp in a peaceful spot, Camping Bergkristall in the Italian South Tyrol is for you. This campsite, with about 40 camping pitches, is in a stunning location in the Alps. Bordering a pine and spruce forest, this is a lovely starting point for long walking trips. There is a small camping pond and you can fish in the nearby Pfeldererbach stream with a fishing permit.

Plenty to beautiful things to see in the surrounding area

In the mornings, you can get fresh bread rolls from the bakery. In the evenings, you can enjoy a pizza delivered to your door or visit one of the restaurants in the vicinity. A bus ticket is included in the overnight price, as is a return trip on the Bergbahnen Pfelders cable car. In the summer, you have free admission to the outdoor swimming pools in Martin and St Leonhard. You can go for excellent walks and mountain bike rides through the Alps in the vicinity of the campsite. There are plenty of mountain peaks to climb, alpine meadows to visit and mountain huts to relax in. You will also find several climbing walls. Plenty of reasons to explore the surrounding area.

Conquer night skiing or walking through the mountains

The campsite is open all year round and it is well equipped for winter sports. If you enjoy skiing, cross-country skiing skating or sledging, you will really like this campsite. You can go night skiing, book a guided skiing tour or go on a night walk in the surrounding area. This campsite has a separate room for drying your skis and hiking boots. So no worries about wet feet!
