Camping Hermitage offers breathtaking views of Merano, the surrounding mountains and forests. It is a modern and quiet campsite, within a short distance of the centre of Merano (5 km). If you don't want to walk, you can easily take the bus that runs every 20 minutes. The proximity of the Prinz Rudolf Smarthotel means campsite guests can also use the hotel's amenities.

Luxury campsite with stunning views

The camping pitches are equipped with water, electricity and Wi-Fi. There are also modern toilet and washing facilities, private toilet and washing facilities and a washing machine and dryer are available. You can also hire luxury chalets with a private sauna, free-standing bath, garden and patio with hanging design sofas. You have breathtaking views from the pitches as well as the lounge sofas at the chalets.

Swimming pool, wellness and local food

You can use the swimming pools on the hotel's roof, these pools are surrounded by a green meadow where children can play. Guests can use the wellness area including a sauna (from age 16) for a reasonable price. The restaurant and pizzeria serve delicious traditional South Tyrolean dishes and pizzas. There is a children's menu available for the little ones.

Adventure and culture around Merano

For adventurers, the nearby Meran 2000 cable car offers options for stunning walking and mountain bike trips in the mountain region. You can ski here in the winter and there are lovely mountain cabins with panoramic views. The botanical gardens at Trauttmansdorff Castle, Empress Sisi's summer residence, are only a few kilometres away.

Die Sanitäranlagen im oberen Bereich des C- Platzes waren an den Waschbecken über Tage nicht gereinigt worden. In der Ablauffalz ist neben Schimmel an der Silikonfuge und in den Ablauföffnungen einfach nur Dreck, den man mit einem Tuch einfach abwischen könnte. über mind. 2 Tage keine Reinigungskraft gesehen. Das passt nicht zu dem exklusiven Style und auch nicht zum Preisniveau des Platzes. Die Reklamation am heutigen Abreisetag hat nur dazu geführt, dass man dem Schimmel beseitigen will.

Wir waren drei Tage hier. Der junge Mitarbeiter mit dem Bürstenschnitt und oben mit normalen Haarlänge ist ein sehr unfreundlichen un arroganter Rezeptionmitarbeiter. Schade, dieser Mitarbeiter wäre an einem anderen Job bestimmt besser eingesetzt. Diverse Camper störten sich an ihm. Die restlichen Mitarbeiter geben sich Mühe und sind sehr Hilfsbereit.
