Camping Acapulco is centrally located along the Costa Smeralda, in the north of the magnificent island of Sardinia. It enjoys a landscape setting of crystal-clear waters, countless bays and granite rock formations. The beach is just a few steps from your tent, where you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the three islands off the coast. The charming restaurant serves local fish specialities.

Between the rocks
What makes camping here extra special is the different pitches available. Each pitch is different both in terms of size and layout. You can pick out a pitch yourself, and some reed stands and trees offer pleasant shade. Some pitches are separated by large rocks, but there are no demarcated pitches here. Besides the camping pitches, there are also charming white cottages on the grounds you can rent. The campsite's terrace with a view of see is a perfect spot to sit and read.
Surfing and diving
Swimming in the crystal clear water is a daily treat. Still, many visitors don't just like swimming, as this part of the island is very popular with watersports enthusiasts. There's also surfing, snorkelling, sailing and diving from the pearl white beaches. Porto Pollo, to the west of Palau, is a famous surfing paradise. On the neighbouring La Sciumara beach, campers enjoy a discount for a variety of watersport lessons.
Fresh fish or pizza?
The large restaurant with many windows and terrace offers a view of the National Park with the Magdalena Islands. The restaurant's décor alone makes it worth a visit. It is designed in a Mexican style, where you can enjoy either fresh-made pizza or Italian cuisine with seafood.
