With a versatile environment (nature and culture in abundance) the area around Lago Maggiore is popular with many holiday makers. Camping Village Lago Maggiore, near the town of Dormelletto, is a spacious campsite on the southern shore of the lake. The entire family will have a top rate holiday on this child-friendly campsite.

Spacious campsite

The campsite consists of some three hundred pitches, mostly demarcated and in the shade. There are approximately two hundred permanent pitches. The remaining pitches are located close to the beach. The section with rental accommodation is separated from the remainder of the campsite. The camping pitches are predominantly level and spacious by Italian standards.

A holiday oasis on the most beautiful lake

Near the restaurant and the entertainment area lies a glorious outdoor swimming pool with colourful slide. There is also a kiddie pool. The largest swimming pool is of course Lago Maggiore! This beautiful lake is situated within walking distance of the campsite. There is an adjacent, well maintained sunbathing lawn with two small beaches.

Entertainment and disco

The campsite itself also offers sufficient entertainment. There is an entertainment team for young children. Teenagers will thoroughly enjoy themselves on the sports fields or in the recreation area. On the disco evenings you can hit the dance floor on the terrace next to the swimming pool.

Cooking or eating out?

Whether you like to cook yourself or rather eat out, you can do it all at camping Village Lago Maggiore. Hobby cooks can do their shopping in the campsite shop or in the large shopping centre across from the campsite. Don't feel like cooking or doing the dishes? On and adjacent to the campsite are several eating and drinking establishments.
