Every fairy tale begins with ‘C’Era una Volta’ (Once upon a time), which is how your holiday in Italy begins as well. Camping C’Era una Volta will give you a great holiday with amazing views. You camp on the Italian Riviera in a hilly area about 10 kilometres from the sea. The campsite has a shuttle service (June to September) that will take you to the private beach of Albenga.

Car-free camping

This well-kept campsite has spacious pitches that are car-free. You can spend a wonderful night here among the trees. Because of the different heights at the campsite, it may take some work to get settled, but it is certainly worth it. The campsite also rents out various accommodations, such as mobile home and bungalows.

Four swimming pools and new toilet facilities

The campsite has two competition-sized pools (open in July and August) and two other swimming pools with a paddling pool, Jacuzzi and bar (open May to September). A bathing cap is mandatory in the swimming pools. Radici restaurant supplies the most delicious wood-fired pizzas, fusilli and, in the high season, even breakfast. The Radici Summer Bar is ready to serve you during the day. C'Era una Volta has a new toilet block and there is a large supermarket just around the corner for your groceries.

If you prefer to just relax the whole day at the campsite, that is not a problem here! There is are wellness facilities with a sauna and a Turkish bath, a health club and evening entertainment (in July and August) with which to end the day.

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years

Liked - 1. Gastvrijheid: AL het personeel super aardig (shout out to Renske van de receptie!)
2. Elke dag vers brood.
3. Zwembad. Heerlijk zwembad met duikplank. Geen strakke zwemshort en/of badmuts verplicht.
4. Onze Kampeerplek: groot (60m2). Camping schaduwrijk! Erg fijn bij hoge temperaturen!
5. Bar; kleine lunch (goed) en drankjes, terras bij het zwembad
6. Restaurant: prima eten! Goede prijzen. Van te voren reserveren.
Disliked - Toiletgebouw is op zich wel oké; schoon maar wel wat verouderd. Sommige deuren sluiten niet meer zo goed. Sommige wc’s bij de dames spoelden niet goed. Douches bij mannen verouderd (bij dames beter). Overall douches erg klein. Wel warm water (‘s avonds soms lauw, maar juist lekker bij warmte).
