Camping Village Molinella Vacanze is located at a sandy beach on the sea in the Gargano National Park. Charming Vieste is located about 5 km from the campsite. This area is characterized by lovely rocky coastlines and picturesque bays with a sandy beach.

Compact and green campsite

The campsite (2 hectares) is described as compact, charming and green. The one hundred touring pitches (3-60 m2) and fifty camper sites are located close to each other and near the sea and the beach. The pitches near the beach are a bit on the smaller side. However, a pitch in the forest is larger and shadier.

Swimming, surfing and snorkelling

The campsite is located on a broad sandy beach and a private beach. This is perfect for water sports enthusiasts. You can swim, surf, snorkel and dive in the clear water. The sea is not too rough, so children can also safely swim here. Camping guests can rent canoes and water bikes.

There are loungers on the beach. You can also have a drink at the bar. Here you've got a lovely view of the old city of Vieste and the rocky coastline. Everything is nicely illuminated in the evenings.

Sport and games

There are a few pieces of play equipment for kids. They can also take part in the entertainment programme (Italian). Disco evenings are organised on a regular basis. You can also get sporty: table tennis, jeu de boules, beach volleyball and fitness.

Camping shop

On the campsite there is a small supermarket with fresh bread, meats, cheese and other products to prepare a lovely breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Travelling party: Seniors

Very indifferent reception. Hot showers only from 4 - 9 pm. Luke warm water for dishes. No toilet paper. Toilets are tiny. No lights in showers and very few in toilets. No division panel in shower to keep clothes dry. Very good shower head. Lots of hot water during shower times. Facilities are very clean. Quiet location. Direct access to nice beach. Easy access to Vieste by bike. One gets the impression that the owner is trying to skimp on as much as possible. Not many options at this time of the year, therefore currently probably the best campsite available.

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years

Liked - We were there in October. The whole coast is shut down and 95% of all campings are shut. This little gem was fantastic. A family run place. The beach is beautiful, the local restaurant one of the only restaurants outside of the local towns that remains open. Lot of locals eat there so you know it's good. What is fantastic about this place, is unlike most campsites on the coast, you have access to 5 km of walking trails along cliffs, headlands, and beautiful beaches. In October, we didn't see anything like this anywhere else. So if you are visiting the area off season, stay here.
