Water mill
The Gasthof is easily visible from the quiet road. From there you turn off over a small bridge to the adjacent campsite. The campsite is named after a water mill, which was built in 1818.
View of the woods
The elongated and flat site has predominantly seasonal pitches. If you are coming with a group, a special field has been set up for you. Located centrally near the playground there is space for touring pitches on well-maintained grassy areas. On both sides of the campsite there are also sites set up for caravans, tents and campers. The sanitary facilities, which are centrally located, look rather dated, but they are clean.
Schnitzel on your plate
Many believe that a holiday in Germany includes a local meal. Campers at Camping Frings-Mühle really love the schnitzels served in the restaurant. If you are having breakfast at the restaurant in the morning you can order them in advance. The same goes for the fresh bread rolls available in the small supermarket. During the day, the terrace is a lively break location for passing cyclists and walkers. But in the evenings, silence reigns, as the owners value a good night's sleep for their guests.
