Tall hedges
The well-tended and paved grounds are located in an open landscape with the hills in the distance. A few tall trees are scattered here and there. The pitches vary in size and are separated by tall hedges offering plenty of privacy. A few pitches are large enough for a car and a caravan with an awning; the other pitches are on the small side. The campsite caters particularly to campers with a motorhome. They will appreciate the paved surfaces. A large field for tents is situated along the Weser.
In the Weser or on dry land
You can go for a refreshing swim in the Weser. The jetties provide easy access to the water. But there is also plenty to keep everyone entertained on dry land! There is a playground with a sandbox, swing set, jungle gym and a slide for the little ones. Or you can play an exciting game at the table tennis table or on the small sports field. Boating lovers will appreciate the mooring jetty and the slipway.
A beautiful cycling route (Weser Radweg) runs past the campsite. You can park your own bicycle or motor in a covered bicycle shed. You can also go for walks along the Weser. The European hiking route E-11 passes through the Weserbergland region.
Restaurant
The restaurant has an extensive menu and a large patio. In the peak season, you can order fresh bread at the hotel (order in advance).
