Slightly east of the border of Lower Saxony and the hilly and wooded area of Northern Hesse lies campsite Am Hohen Hagen. This large campsite has many facilities for the whole family. Relax in the sauna and wellness centre, eat a good German meal in the large restaurant or spend an afternoon in the swimming paradise with its mega slide.

Neat pitches
With around 150 permanent pitches, camping Am Hohen Hagen has quite a few annual guests. Some of the permanent pitches may look a bit untidy. On the other hand the touring pitches are neatly and orderly spread over the large terrain. Most pitches are in the sun; here and there a tree provides some shade. For young people there is a separate field for tents.
Mega-slide
Embedded in the campsite, but fenced off, is the large 'Erlebnisbad'. You'll mainly encounter camping guests in this pool, but it does not belong to the campsite. Therefore, you can only use it at a charge. That small fee is worth it, because the pool is large and has a lot to offer for the whole family. While you swim in the competition pool, the children can slide down the mega slide.
Extensive entertainment programme
Even if you decide not to use the swimming pool, there is plenty to do at the campsite for everyone. With, among other things, film evenings, disco parties, theatre performances, night walks and craft afternoons, camping Am Hohen Hagen has a full entertainment programme in high season. You can also have fun on the sports fields.
