Campingplatz Sonnenkap is right by the town of Prenzlau, in the north of the German state of Brandenburg. This campsite is in the Landkreis Uckermark. Over half this region is a protected nature reserve. This rural area is wonderful for cycling through the forests, small villages and meadows. You will also find many small and large lakes in Uckermark. This well-maintained campsite with spacious pitches is by one of the lakes. There is a restaurant, and you can relax in the wellness facilities.

Spacious touring pitches and various types of accommodation

There are various categories of camping pitches. If you appreciate a lot of extra room, you are best booking a premium pitch. Furthermore, there is a separate field with pitches for campers passing through and a secluded tent camping field for the ultimate camping experience! Besides spacious tourist pitches, this site also has various types of accommodation.

Go for a refreshing dip in the Unteruckersee

If you cross over the cycle path from the campsite, you reach a beach with grass and sand. From here, you can go for a lovely swim in the Unteruckersee. There are also water sports options on this lovely recreational lake, such as surfing and sailing.

Enjoy regional specialities in the campsite restaurant

You can enjoy delicious meals in the restaurant at Campingplatz Sonnenkap. The menu has small and some large dishes with a regional touch. Beside the reception there is a small shop where you can get basic necessities, regional products and souvenirs. You can go to Prenzlau (3.5 km) for more extensive groceries.

Sehr netter Empfang und Kundenfreundliches Personal. Super gelegen am Badesee. Campingplatz liegt außerhalb von der Ortschaft, aber mit Fahrrad ist der Ort leicht zu erreichen. Sanitäranlagen sind auf dem neuesten Stand und sehr sauber. Gastronomie ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen.
