Camping Uffenheim is located in the Germany’s Bavaria, on the outskirts of the village with the same name. It is a small-scale, green campsite. The centre of Uffenheim is fifteen minutes away on foot. It is not a green city, but does have enough fun shops, good restaurants and typical German bakeries. The municipal swimming pool is right next to the campsite. Campsite guests can swim here for a fee.

The well-kept, small-scale campsite is a good home base for a holiday in southern Germany. You camp on grass and the pitches are spacious. Dogs are welcome at the campsite. The campsite has a beer garden with a small menu – ideal for when you are not in the mood to cook. Fresh rolls are available every day at the small campsite shop. Sports enthusiasts have great fun at the multi-functional playing field. Whether you feel like playing football, basketball or tennis, it’s all possible.

The municipal outdoor swimming pool is right next to the campsite. As a campsite guest, you can use it for a small fee. The spacious pool has a slide and a high diving board for the real daredevils. Settle down with your beach towel in the large sunbathing area with volleyball field and snack bar.

The charming city of Rothenburg ob der Tauber (21.5 km) is one of the most well-known places along the Romantische Strasse, a scenic route that passes amazing places in southern Germany. The attractive medieval city is fully encircled by a city wall that has six entrance gates and impressive towers.
