Campsite Brugger am Riegsee is situated in the Bavarian Alps, on the banks of the Riegsee. This beautiful terraced campsite has a lovely sunbathing lawn and its own beach on the swimming lake. Most of the pitches offer a beautiful, panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Camping Brugger am Riegsee is an eco campsite in a stunning, natural setting.

Camping with a view of the lake

Campsite Brugger am Riegsee has no fewer than three hundred permanent pitches. The touring pitches, one hundred in total, are located on a separate section of the camping grounds. There are three different tent fields. The pitches for camping guests vary in price, depending on size, the amount of shade and the vastness of the view.

Walking pleasure

Around the Riegsee and other lakes in the region you will find several easy walking routes. A walk around the Riegsee is approximate 9 km long and leads you along the smaller Froschhauser See as well. You can also go for beautiful walks around the nearby Staffelsee. This lake is located at some five km from the campsite and is considerably larger; a walk around this lake covers a distance of approximately 22 km.

Swimming in the mountain lake

The Riegsee is one of the warmest lakes of Bavaria. The clean, clear water lends itself excellently to swimming. Campsite Brugger am Riegsee has a sunbathing lawn with grassy beach on the lake. In addition, there also is a nice pebble beach. The beach slopes gently down into the water, so that it is also ideal for children to swim and play in. There are pebbles and stones on the bottom; therefore, aqua shoes are recommended. You can also engage in surfing and sailing on the lake.

Immer wieder gerne!
Familie Brugger und Team sind super engagiert und freundlich.
Wir fühlen uns dort immer sehr wohl. Wasserqualität ist super und die Natur wunderschön.
Ein kleiner Hundestrand ist für die Vierbeiner besonders toll!
Tolles Team und gut organisiert!!! PS

Travelling party: Couple

Die Begrüßung war freundlich und uns wurde der Stellplatz gezeigt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Blick über den See und auf die Berge. Es gibt sehr viele Dauercamper aber für Besucher gibt es trotzdem schöne Stellplätze am See. Auf dem Platz ist ein kleiner Kiosk, in dem man auch Frühstücksbrötchen bekommt.
Das Sanitärgebäude ist renoviert.
Der Platz liegt ruhig und beschaulich und man kann schöne Fahrradtouren oder Spaziergänge machen

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns wurde ein Platz mit Blick auf den See zugewiesen. Das Sanitär ist neu, modern und sehr sauber. Wir haben eine Wanderkarte erhalten und konnten in der Umgebung viele lohnenswerte Spaziergänge machen. Die Ruhe auf dem Platz haben wir sehr genossen!
