Camping Carpe Diem is located in the northern foothills of the Black Forest, near the quiet town of Wildberg. The campsite is by a small river, surrounded by green hills and wooded areas, making it a good destination for those seeking peace and quiet and for nature lovers. The friendly owners will welcome you warmly and provide a friendly atmosphere at the site.

Pitches, cabins and caravans

At Camping Carpe Diem you can choose from spacious, neatly kept, grassy pitches with plenty of privacy. Many pitches are in the shade by the Nagold river. If you don't have your own camping equipment, there are also cabins and caravans for rent. Curious as to who your neighbours are? The spacious layout and quiet, friendly atmosphere have made this campsite popular among families and seniors.

Clean basic amenities

At Camping Carpe Diem you experience camping as it should be: in the middle of nature but with several basic amenities for the necessary entertainment and comfort. There is a basic but clean swimming pool, great for cooling off during those hot summer days and fun for the children. The restaurant, which has a small but tasty menu, also provides takeaway meals. There is also a small campsite shop for daily shopping.

Explore the Black Forest

There is plenty to do in the area around the campsite. Wildberg (2 km) is a charming town. The historic town of Calw (16 km), with its beautiful timbered houses and castle ruins, is definitely worth visiting. Nature lovers will come into their own here with the numerous hiking and bicycle paths through the Black Forest.

Hatten einen guten freundlichen Empfang. Sehr schöne, große und gepflegte Stellplätze. Einfach ein Campingplatz so wie man sich Camping unter Freunden vorstellt - wir kommen gerne wieder

Travelling party: Young couple

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, die Stellplätze sind ausreichend groß, das Sanitärgebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber regelmäßig gereinigt. Der Pool wurde neu gestrichen und wird immer erst zum 1.7. befüllt. Internet ist auf dem Platz vorhanden. Die Konuskarte zur Nutzung des ÖPNV gab es leider nicht. Rad- und Wandertouren sind vom Platz aus gut machbar, Angeln kann man 17km entfernt an Teichen. Ein Freibad gibt es auch in der Nähe, ein Supermarkt ist mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen. Bundesstraße sowie Zugstrecke verlaufen nah am Platz.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, so stellt man sich gerne Gastgeber vor. Sanitäranlagen wurden täglich sauber gemacht, normalerweise rümpft mein kleiner Sohn in öffentlichen Toiletten die Nase, hier hat es jedoch nie \"gerochen\", im Gegenteil, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben noch den Pool benutzen können, da er aber nur durch die Sonne gewärmt wird, ist es sicher vernünftig, dass er nur bis zum 03.09. gefüllt ist, denn das Wasser war jetzt Ende August bereits recht kalt. Gesamter Campingplatz hat eine super Atmosphäre, auch die Stadt Nagold ist total schön, wir haben sie 2 Mal besucht, obwohl wir eigentlich nicht wirklich Stadtgänger sind.

Travelling party: Family with children, various ages

Wir waren Ende Mai / Anfang Juni für eine Woche auf diesem schönen kleinen Campingplatz. Der Stellplatz war für unseren Wohnwagen ausreichend groß. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sicher etwas älteren Datums aber gepflegt und sauber. Man kann am Tag vorher Brötchen bestellen. Die Beitreiber waren sehr nett. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Nähe zur Bundesstraße, die jedoch nachts nicht wirklich stört. In der näheren und weiteren Umgebung kann man viele schöne Wanderungen und Ausflüge unternehmen.
