Camping Horn is located in the southernmost part of Germany on the Untersee. The border with Switzerland runs through this lake and the adjacent Bodensee. When you camp at Camping Horn, you will have a view of Switzerland on the other side of the lake. If you look left, you will see the island of Reichenau which lies in the middle of the Untersee. If you're visiting with children, you will have a wonderful time on this campsite.

Camping Horn is ideal for families with children. The camping pitches are free of cars and are laid out in a circular pattern, which leaves a grassy field in the middle for the children to play on. Parents can keep an eye on their kids from their own pitch. Teenagers will no doubt want to explore the lake next to the campsite.
More than just camping
The campsite offers more than just a place to set up camp. You will find a mini-golf course and a restaurant serving German and Turkish cuisine. You camp here in an area that's ideal for cycling and hiking. Did you leave your bike at home? Not to worry: the campsite rents out bicycles, even electric bikes. It's the ideal way to explore the surroundings in comfort.
Swinging, climbing and treasure hunting
For the children there is climbing and playing equipment on the campsite, such as tall swings by the lake and slightly less adventurous swings on the campsite itself. Especially exciting is the Krimi-Tour in Gaienhoffen, where you can go treasure hunting with a GPS tracker.
Montastic island of Reichenau
Reichenau Island deserves its name as a monastic island, because each of the three villages features an abbey. The island is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can travel to the island by boat or by car from the opposite shore of the Untersee.
