Camping Les Peupliers is a quiet family campsite nestled among the impressive mountains of the French Savoy. You will be camping right next to a natural lake. The campsite has its own beach for swimming. The snack bar serves snacks and drinks on the terrace and there is a team that provides the necessary entertainment. Explore the beautiful countryside in the area while following a walking tour or cycle route.

A place by the water

The compact campsite consists of an elongated site that ends at the lake. There are plenty of trees and most touring pitches are located along two well-maintained lanes. Would you rather have a more luxurious overnight stay? The fully furnished glamping tents, tiny houses and chalets are very inviting. Several of them are located on the banks of the lake. A good night’s rest is high on the campsite’s agenda, which is why quiet time begins at 22.30.

Swimming in the lake

Nothing beats swimming in natural water. From the waterfront you can see the whole of Lac d'Aiguebelette, also popular among rowers, kayakers, stand up paddleboarders and fishermen. Motor boats are prohibited because the lake has been declared a nature reserve. Due in part to this, the atmosphere is very relaxed. Real adventurers go paragliding and admire the magnificent lake from the air.

The shop sells local products, such as fresh rolls. Want a pizza or a cold drink? Have a seat on the shaded terrace at the entrance. You can also pick up a meal to take to your pitch.

Un camping très propre et tellement calme pourtant familial.
