If you prefer spending your holidays in the unspoiled countryside then this campsite is highly recommended. Camping KOAWA Le Château de Rochetaillée is in a quiet setting in the Isère, at only 7.5 kilometres from the well-known town of Le Bourg d'Oisans and the Alpe d’Huez. There are even more well-known Alpine passes from the Tour de France around the campsite, but also various unspoiled nature areas and spectacular mountain ranges. In the high season, the campsite is highly popular among families with children.

Camping with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains

The reception is in one of the castles outbuildings at the front of the campsite. When you walk or drive over the site from reception, the first thing you see are lots of mobile homes. There are various models. Real glamping lovers can spend the night in a luxury mobile home with a whirlpool at Camping KOAWA Le Château de Rochetaillée.

Most camping pitches are at the rear. These pitches vary considerably in size. If you want to make sure you have enough space, then you are best booking a premium pitch at Camping KOAWA Le Château de Rochetaillée. You have breath-taking views of the surrounding mountains from many pitches.

Lovely water park with cheerful, colourful slides

At the front of the campsite there is a lovely water park that consists of two rectangular swimming pools, one with a retractable roof. So, you can also swim here on less sunny days. The swimming pool without retractable roof is slightly bigger. Here, you can splash into the pool via one of the three colourful slides that end in the water.
