The Ardèche is known for its lovely nature, old towns and atmospheric cities. Above all the impressive cliffs along the river and the naturally-formed arched bridge at Vallon-Pont-d'Arc are very well known. The area around the village of Joyeuse is less touristy, but certainly not less lovely. Here you'll find Camping La Plaine, your quiet base for a fantastic holiday.

Nicely maintained and plenty of greenery

Everything on this campsite is nicely maintained. The hedges are cut evenly and the grass is carefully mowed. The property is lovely and green. There are trees all over the camping fields, so there is always plenty of shade. The camping pitches are spacious, not too close to each other and easily accessible on paved roads.

Lovely rental accommodations

There are also a number of types of mobile homes for rent on the property. The rental accommodations are located on a separate street in the middle of grass and greenery. They all look lovely and are fantastically maintained.

Inviting swimming pool

Two round playfully formed swimming pools and a kiddie pool are inviting. Around them there is a spacious terrace with loungers and thatched parasols. There is a jacuzzi section in one of the pools. There is a little lake at the edge of the campsite. Here you can't swim, but you can fish.

Pizzeria with lovely terrace

There is a bar with a little indoor space. You can still get something to eat at the pizzeria. Outside there is a lovely terrace surrounded by buildings where you can eat your meal in a nice atmosphere.

Travelling party: Seniors

Le camping est idéalement situé dans les gorges de l'Ardèche; il est agréablement arborisé possède une plage et une belle piscine. Des itinéraires pour vélos qui partent du camping. Dans les environs se trouvent de nombreux villages intéressant. Camping calme et commerces à proximité.
