Camping Les Rives de l’Ardèche is located on the banks of the Ardèche river in the French department with the same name. The surroundings are quiet and green, inviting you to explore the countryside. The campsite has a restaurant, playground for children and sports facilities. In particular, the river, which flows behind the campsite, is the source of much entertainment. Go swimming, kayaking or fishing. The river is ideal for fly fishing and holds a lot of trout.

Luxurious mobile home or gypsy wagon

Les Rives de l’Ardèche, a terraced campsite, has well-kept grassy pitches. You can also choose to stay in an accommodation. Stay in a mobile home with its own toilet and washing facilities and kitchen, surrounded by trees. Or choose a luxury safari tent with its own toilet and washing facilities or a basic safari tent with sleeping accommodation only. Staying overnight in one of the wooden gypsy wagons is already a unique experience.

Order fresh rolls and cakes every day at the reception. There is also a small shop with basic products and regional delicacies such as jam and local wine. A wooden chalet at the campsite houses a library and games room – ideal for when the weather is bad.

Swimming in the river

Camping Les Rives de l’Ardèche is right by the famous river, which flows behind the campsite. The river with its pebbled banks is the perfect place to cool off on a hot summer’s day. The water is crystal clear and cool because the source of the river is only ten kilometres upstream. There is plenty of room along the banks of the water to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
